Role Overview:
Comcast is seeking an Analyst to support strategy and operations execution within the Transportation Center of Excellence (COE). The role focuses on enhancing end-to-end transportation operations, improving overall network performance, and driving supply chain best practices. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, using data-driven strategies to optimize transportation and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

Support readiness activities for new devices, products, programs, and projects in operations.

Plan and execute small supply chain optimization projects (forward/reverse logistics).

Lead process improvement efforts and assist with larger sustainability initiatives.

Manage escalations from field and corporate teams, resolving vendor and operational issues.

Monitor inventory and production capacity, proactively identifying service-level risks.

Analyze KPIs, provide data-driven insights, and develop reports to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure supplier/vendor compliance with contracts and SLAs.
-
Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and risks to supply chain leadership.

Mentor junior analysts and provide operational guidance.

Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with key carriers/3PLs.

Stay current with freight industry trends and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Optional: ASCM CLTD certification is a plus.

Education & Experience:
