Prime Communications, AT&T’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the U.S. with nearly 2,000 stores nationwide, is seeking Retail Sales Consultants (RSCs) to serve as brand ambassadors. RSCs demonstrate AT&T’s products, services, and entertainment options, offering personalized solutions to fit customers’ lifestyles in a fast-paced retail environment.
Full-time RSCs earn a base of $31,200 plus commission, with first-year total compensation averaging $45,000 or more when sales goals are met. Commission is based on market-specific sales targets. RSC responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, and businesses, representing the AT&T brand professionally, assisting store leaders, collaborating with team members, achieving sales benchmarks, excelling in selling AT&T products and entertainment solutions, and engaging with the local community.
Requirements include clear communication skills, a positive attitude, technical aptitude, commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity. Retail experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the U.S., able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, have reliable transportation, live within 30 minutes of the store, and be able to operate computers and wireless equipment while maintaining a professional appearance.
Working conditions include lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, squatting, stretching for inventory and stocking, standing for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment, following instructions, handling customer complaints, multitasking under pressure, and adapting to fluctuating noise levels.
