CAI, a leading professional services company serving Life Sciences and mission-critical industries, is seeking a Commissioning Project Manager to oversee commissioning for capital construction and operational readiness projects. This role manages projects from design through post-occupancy, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Lead commissioning process, develop and maintain project plans and schedules, manage cross-functional teams, monitor performance and risks, ensure regulatory compliance, report progress to leadership and clients, and serve as primary liaison with stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities Engineering or related field, 5–10 years commissioning project experience, strong project management skills, leadership and communication expertise, ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments, willingness to travel.
Preferred: CxA, CCP, BCxA, or PMP certification; experience with Procore, ACC, Bluebeam, CxAlloy, Facility Grid, or similar commissioning software; familiarity with Enhanced Commissioning LEED standards.
