Job Description:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

 


Responsibilities:

Direct support for BSA/AML Program within the Commercial Banking & Lending Data Governance & Data Management Metadata team.

 


Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • 5-7 yrs Data Management Analyst experience
  • Understanding database structure (how data moves, data movement/data element controls)
  • Technical aptitude for understanding and manipulating data
  • Data governance and/or data management experience
  • Metadata Tool (e.g. Collibra or ADMF) experience
  • Data analysis tools (Alteryx) experience
  • Data mapping experience
  • JIRA usage and/or development experience
  • Data visualization tool experience (PowerBI, Tableau, etc)
  • SharePoint experience
  • Regulatory Report (BSA/AML) knowledge/experience
  • Knowledge of the banking and finance industry
  • Commercial Lending (WF preferred – BOA ok) Product Knowledge
  • Understanding of Data Management policy
  • Understanding of risk management framework and the risk and control environment
  • Experience working in Corporate Risk, Audit, or Independent Testing
  • Understanding of key regulatory compliance risk components
  • Stakeholder Management/collaboration (internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management)
  • Experience with reviewing and research moderately complex potential data defects, and follow through on reporting, escalation, and resolution
  • Moderate Coding Skills (SQL, Python)
  • Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries
  • Accounting Reconciliations
  • Understanding of data security protocols and regulations
