KPMG is seeking a Deskside Services Advisor I to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This office-based role delivers high-quality second-level technology support, including ServiceNow ticket administration, asset lifecycle management, troubleshooting and configuring PC/MAC desktops and laptops, and applying client-specific applications. You will proactively communicate with customers, perform break-fix and upgrade tasks, follow standard operating procedures, and ensure compliance with hardware and software processes. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in enterprise technology support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
