About us
PWC Training is a testing and training company based out of Atlanta, GA. Our testing services offer 6,500+ examinations in various fields that include college credit, pre-employment screenings, professional certifications, and state licensing. Our training services include desktop applications, hospitality, and technology certifications.
The listed rate of pay is during training and will increase as trainings are completed.
This is a floating position based out of our Marietta, GA Office with some shifts that can be in our Atlanta or Airport Office.
We are looking for someone that has a bright personality to join our team.
Duties will include:
- Greeting clients and directing them to their exam or classroom
- Assisting inbound callers by answering their questions or registering them for classes and exams
Our office hours are between 7:30am and 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday. This position is for a three to four day work week.
Skills needed for this position:
- Friendliness and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Must be punctual
- Attention to detail
- Previous Customer Service or Retail experience is a plus
