This position is responsible for managing the inventory plan for 200K+ unique products and 700K+ SKU locations, including forecasting processes, EOQ/SS settings, TRT/Cycle Time settings, and ticket management within the Product Driven Organization process with Enterprise Tech. The role collaborates with Purchasing to develop long-term buy forecasts and with Product Category Management to prepare for demand driven by incentive programs and new business. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in large-scale inventory management and supply chain operations, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Preferred qualifications include a Supply Chain degree, experience managing large cross-functional teams, strong organizational, problem-solving, conflict management, interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, working knowledge of 8-D process, and knowledge of PS&L systems such as SAP SCM. Responsibilities include optimizing inventory and fill rates for all PDC locations, demand capture and processing, tracking total replenishment time, new model forecasting, supporting finance and local warehouses, serving as SAP Service Parts Planning Product Owner, global harmonization of supply chain practices, AI projects for TRT and All Time Buy optimization, and developing inventory simulation, forecasting, and demand tools.
