This on-site role involves ensuring vehicle components and systems meet stringent quality standards through collaboration across engineering, production, and supplier quality teams. Responsibilities include implementing GMS BIQ requirements, developing standardized work, adhering to safety protocols, participating in audits, supporting new vehicle launches, conducting root cause analysis, ensuring ISO and regulatory compliance, and potentially supervising torque check activities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of automotive processes, effective decision-making, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Quality Engineer or Corporate Auditor, advanced technical degrees, team or project management experience, hands-on production floor experience, ISO/IATF knowledge, and torque management expertise.
