Required qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise software product design, experience designing enterprise or B2B experiences at scale, high-level product strategy skills, ability to navigate ambiguity, experience designing horizontal solutions for diverse products, exceptional communication, mastery of Figma, and alignment with Netflix culture. Evaluations focus on portfolio quality, communication, technical collaboration with engineers and data scientists, time management, and conceptual thinking balancing user, business, and feasibility.
