The Electrical Hardware Technical Program Management team is seeking a New Product Operations Manager to lead ECU contract manufacturer development, build, and launch readiness. This role bridges Engineering and Operational requirements to enable successful ECU launch, working with Hardware and Software Engineering, Product Launch Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Test Automation teams to create integrated schedules, execute milestone reviews, remove roadblocks, and develop cross-site best practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with key stakeholders to create integrated CM operations schedules, coordinating with program managers to integrate critical milestones, leading development builds and ramp readiness activities, driving operations entry criteria assessment, championing process improvements, leading cross-functional issue resolution, analyzing and communicating risks, and leading post-ramp change management efforts. Qualifications include 8+ years in New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Operations Engineering, a BS or MS degree in Engineering, ability to travel internationally, direct PCBA CM operational management experience, strong communication skills, outstanding collaboration capabilities, and a data-driven, proactive, and tenacious approach. Salary range for Palo Alto, CA: $167,400 – $209,300; for Irvine, CA: $154,000 – $192,500, with actual compensation based on experience and location.
