The Solutions Architect will act as a technical interface for hyperscalers, OEMs, and system architects, while representing 3M at industry forums and conferences. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in Field Application Engineering, Systems Architecture, Product Development, or Product Management related to interconnect, performance materials, or power/data transmission technologies. Preferred skills include expertise in power delivery, signal integrity, thermal management, familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, and InfiniBand, proficiency with simulation and modeling tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The position is primarily onsite, requiring travel to Austin, TX or Maplewood, MN at least four days per week, with up to 10–25% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be provided. Compensation ranges from $164,612 to $201,193 with eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid absences, disability, and life insurance.
