Role Overview:
Target RWE is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage and support daily operations of networks, servers, and cloud systems while providing technical support to the team. The role ensures smooth IT operations, system security, and efficient troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor network, server, and cloud environments.
  • Administer Office 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including servers, laptops, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage software deployments, security updates, and patches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
  • Provide tier 2/3 Help Desk support.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a systems/network administrator.
  • Expertise with Office 365, Google Workspace, Mac, and Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure Entra SSO
    • VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter)
    • Data Loss Prevention and retention policies
    • Linux fundamentals, DR/backup systems, and monitoring tools
  • Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) and cloud computing (AWS preferred).
  • Experience with remote laptop/desktop management, security, and patching.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC2 and HITRUST.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) are a plus.
